FABRIC:
Every attempt is made to display the fabric in accurate color and description. Due to the differences in monitors, there may be a difference in what you receive. If you are trying to match something particular, we are happy to answer any questions or try to match your swatch.
On occasion, we may have the opportunity to purchase a spectacular fabric that has some flaws. If we do, the flaws will be notated in the descriptions so that you are aware of them before purchasing.
Every effort is made to check the fabric as we prepare your order. If there is a minor problem, we will contact you first to offer an alternative or a discount.
ORDERS / PAYMENT:
All prices listed are in US dollars.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and checks / money orders. The easiest and fastest methods of payment is Paypal or by credit card.
We use a secure server and encryption software with address verification for your security.
~~~~Domestic orders:
We do accept personal checks from US banks ONLY. Your order will be shipped once your check has cleared our account (usually 5-10 working days).
~~~~International Orders:
International payment is accepted only through Paypal.
All addresses must be verified on the Paypal account. Orders will be shipped to the address listed on your Paypal account.
BACKORDERS:
All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis and some items may sell out quickly. Please let us know if you are willing to accept backorders on items by checking the appropriate box on the form. If an out of stock item is orderable or we are able to obtain just that little bit more, we will and you will be notified. If we are not able to obtain more, we will let you know as soon as possible. Please be aware that shipping charges will still apply to your backordered items.
RETURNS:
Please inspect your order upon receipt as we do not issue refunds after 30 days from the order date. Returns must be approved prior to returning the items. We will either issue a store credit or a refund. Buyers remorse is not considered a reason for returns.
Returns must be in the same condition received items that have been washed, cut, have cigarette odors or any other damage will not be refunded.
Custom orders are NOT refundable.
We do not accept returns on any printed materials (patterns, books, etc) due to copyright laws.
No returns on international orders. Please choose carefully and email any questions you have prior to placing your order.
Shipping charge on the original order and returns are not refundable unless we made a mistake in your order.
SHIPPING:
All shipping charges listed are ESTIMATED. Actual shipping charges will be calculated and charged when your order is processed. Shipping charges are double checked and verified before your order is shipped. A yard of silk does not weigh as much as a yard of denim, even though the price may be the same. If we can adjust the shipping totals down, we will. We'd rather you bought more fabric than paid inflated shipping charges!
If your order is over a certain weight that would cause a significant price increase, we will split it into smaller boxes to save you shipping. If you prefer to receive it in one box, no matter what, please note this in the order comment box.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. Every effort is made on our end to package your order securely.
* DUE TO RECENT MAIL FRAUD ACTIVITY, insurance will automatically be added to orders over $25.

~~~~Domestic Shipping:
All shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. If you have a preference, please indicate that in the comments section of your order. Otherwise, we will select the most economical carrier and method. Parcel post is by request only but please be aware that, depending on the distance, your order will take considerably longer to reach you.
Actual shipping costs within $5 of the estimated shipping charge will be processed automatically. If it is more than that, we will contact you. If you are paying by Paypal, you will be invoiced for the difference and the final payment must be received before your order will be shipped
~~~~International Shipping:
Orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail, flat rate where possible.
For our international customers OTHER THAN Canada or Mexico, please note that the totals on the shipping charts are placeholders ONLY. We will email your shipping estimate prior to finalizing your order. There are too many variables to accurately list the charges in a chart.
All duties, taxes, and country fees are paid by the buyer. We will NOT mark the customs paperwork as a gift or under purchase value.
No returns on international orders. Please choose carefully and email any questions you have prior to placing your order.
PRIVACY:
Your personal information is safe with us! We do not share or sell our mailing or customer lists. The information we request is strictly to process your orders and ensure that we are offering you the best service and shopping experience possible.
